For those of you whom have been aware of the Tango-Lima-Seven-Eight plans probably already knew that we were originally looking at the Affordaplane as the design were going to build. This has now changed since we have gotten into pricing, ordering, and checking part availability. Getting the listed material and for a reasonable cost was unlikely. The other issue was that weight could be hard to keep within 103 compliance even with other design and assembly changes we were planning already.
We are now looking at a simplified design, that looks like a more “standard” low-wing airplane as seen I’m the drawing below. Feel free to continue following along with us on this journey.
